P.G. Department of Computer Science
Department of Computer Science was established with the objective of imparting quality education in the field of Computer Science.
OBJECTIVES
The Department of Computer Science was set up under the aegis of Kamla Lohtia S.D. College, Ludhiana with the goal of providing Technical and Professional knowledge to the students of the region. The main objectives are:
- To provide conceptual and practical knowledge of Computer Science and Information Technology.
- To inculcate technical and professional skills in the students to meet the Industry requirements.
- To develop interest of students in areas beyond syllabi and curriculum by conducting Seminars, Presentations and Extra-curricular activities.
INFRASTRUCTURE
The Computer Science Department has set up well equipped Laboratories with state-of-the-art hardware and software. The laboratories are well furnished and provide suitable environment to the students for practical exposure and learning. The infrastructure includes:
- Well equipped Computer Laboratories with Computer Systems, Servers and Networking hardware
- Projectors available for conducting Technical Presentations and Seminars
- Wi-fi facility for Internet Connectivity
