Covid-19 Vaccination camp at Kamla Lohtia S.D. College
A Free Covid-19 Vaccination camp was organised at Kamla Lohtia S.D. College, Ludhiana in collaboration with UPHC (Urban Primary Health Centre) – ShivPuri, Ministry of Health, Govt. of Punjab. This vaccination camp was organised for people in the all age group (first dose) ,specifically the students in the age group of 18+ and 2nd dose for all those having gap of atleast 12 weeks in the first dose. Principal Dr. Rajesh Kumar Marwaha stated that vaccination is the most effective way to prevent the spread of COVID-19 disease and also for minimizing its ill effects on human health. He also expressed his words of gratitude for the College managing committee headed by Sh. Sunil Aggarwal, Acting President along with Sh. Sandeep Aggarwal, Sh. Sandeep Jain, Sh. Brij Mohan Ralhan, Sh. Shaman Jindal, Sh. R.D. Singhal, Sh. Gaurav Aggarwal and Sh. Sanjay Jindal for taking this noble initiative of organizing this vaccination camp. A team of medical specialists comprising Dr. Shikha Dhanda, Nodal Officer (Zone-I) and Dr. Surjit Kaur conducted the vaccination during this camp.
