Two day COVID -19 Vaccination Camp at Kamla Lohtia S.D. College

A Two-day free COVID-19 vaccination camp is being organized at KamlaLohtia S.D. College, Ludhiana in association with Government of Punjab on8th and 10th April 2021. This socially purposeful camp is dedicated to thesacred memory of Late Sh. Dharam Paul Jain, Former President, CollegeManaging Committee. The first day of the camp was inaugurated by Sh.Sunil Aggarwal, Acting President, College Managing Committee along withmembers of executive committee Sh. Sandeep Aggarwal, Sh. Sandeep Jain,Sh. Brij Mohan Ralhan, Sh. Shaman Jindal, Sh. R.D. Singhal and othermembers Sh. Abhishek Aggarwal, Sh. Gaurav Aggarwal, Sh. Tarsem Jainand Sh. Sanjay Jindal. Principal Dr. Rajesh Kumar Marwaha expressed hisgratitude to Sh. Bharat Bhushan Ashu, Cabinet Minister, Govt. of Punjaband Mrs. Mamta Ashu, Municipal Councillor, Ludhiana for this nobleinitiative of spearheading the vaccination drive in the district. He alsoendorsed the usefulness and essentiality of this vaccine as a step towardsovercoming the fatality of COVID-19 disease. He motivated the people toremove their myths regarding this vaccine and get themselves vaccinated asthis deadly disease is affecting the human lives in alarming proportion. Ateam of medical specialists comprising Dr. Sukhjiwan Kakkar, CivilSurgeon, Dr. Amarjeet Kaur, SMO, Dr. Ripudaman Kaur, Nodal Officer(Eye Specialist) from Civil Hospital, Ludhiana, Dr. Naveen Sharma and Dr.Manpreet Kaur conducted and supervised the vaccination. A large number ofpeople living nearby got themselves vaccinated on the first day of the camp
